Step 1.- Once you have
determined your asking price in which will include the
commission for the buyer’s agent (commissions rank 2 to 4%). You
will contact us by email or by phone, then will give us your
property information.
Step 2.- Once we process the information, we will email
you or fax you the property information sheet and listing
authorization form.
Step 3.- You review and fill the property information
sheet, sign the listing authorization form and fax it to us.
Please note, all the owners on title must sign this
authorization form.
Step 4.- Your listing will be on the MLS with in 24 hrs
and all real estate related web sites with in 48 hrs from
receiving your documents on step 3. Any delay in receiving this
documents, will delay your listing placement.
Once your property is listed on the MLS, it will be viewed by
hundreds of agents already working with interested buyers.
Buyers without agents will also be able to contact you directly.
You control the outcome of the sale when you choose to use the
Flat Fee MLS.
